Returns & Exchanges

At Bad Egg Publishing, we want you to love your apparel, but if a piece doesn't fit your style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
